What could artificial intelligence mean for the future of hearing health? Join HLAA National for a special Zoom Meeting featuring Jan Blustein, M.D., Ph.D., and hosted by Holly Cohen, Shari Eberts, and Roxana Rotundo.
Dr. Blustein will share insights from the HLAA 2026 Research Symposium session, “The AI Revolution in Hearing Health: Smarter Tech, Greater Access.” The presentation will be followed by small-group community sharing around the question:
“What has been the silver lining in your hearing loss journey?”

Over the past years, we have met many Mainers who want to learn how to communicate better in situations where hearing loss plays a role. However, this was mostly via online meetings via Zoom.
Let’s meet in person! Let’s have some fun and support each other as we navigate living with a hearing loss. Meeting face-to-face, sharing stories, laughing and learning tips on how to best live with hearing loss is the best!

Brewer, Maine – Thursday Open Discussions: How hearing loss impacts our lives. Next: Septemer 24th
Come to the Brewer Maine Public Library for a fun and lively discussion about our hearing loss journeys. We will laugh, learn, share, and come together with our stories, our victories, and our challenges.
This is an ongoing program with Thursday meeting dates throughout the year. The meetings are not every Thursday, but always 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
